1.4 The GPS-receiver has no connection with the PDA

After you checked all settings and you are sure everything is OK, and it still does not functionate, just check if the infrared beam is turned off.

start -> settings -> connections -> beam -> all incoming beams turn off.

Often the infrared is turned on when the device is leaving the factory.

1.5 The GPS signal is very poor through a metal coated window, what to do ?

The GPS signal can be very poor with cars with a metal (to avoid sun light) coated windscreen, especially with Renault, Peugeot, Audi. You have to find the “blind-spot” than. Often it is located behind the interior (main) mirrow. In some countries they use this blind spot for taxes equipment.

One of our cars we are using ourselves is a Renault Espace 2001 with a metal coated windscreen. We have good experience to place to GPS-receiver at the side window of the window at the back. You can easily try it.

So there are 2 ways to solve this problem:

- find a better place in the car

- use an external antenna. Available for almost all models BT GPS receiver.

3 How to order ?

3.1 Prices

You can see the prices tax included and the prices without tax (for EU-companies).

If the prices go fluctuate when you placed an order, we will correct the price on the running orders.

3.2 Basket

Our basket works equally to a basket in a store. You put articles in it, but there is no obligation to buy them. It is offering you the possibility to look further in the webshop. You can always check what is in the basket, no matter where you are in the webshop.

During shopping at our website it is always possible to add articles to the basket, just click on “Buy now”.

Ofcourse it is always possible to remove articles out of the basket. Just click on “Basket”, select the article you want to remove, and press on “update”. If you want to order the articles which are in the basket, please take care that you have deleted the articles you do not want, and mention the right quantity per article.

3.3 The ordering itself

After you selected the articles you want in the basket, you can press on “Check-out”. Than you have the possibility to make a choice how you want to pay. After that you see a total survey of the articles you have ordered, if everything is OK you press on “Confirm”.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, with your order number and depending on the payment-method the data you need for the payment.

PDAplus.nl is doing their utmost to ship your order within 5 working days. We will contact you when an article is not on stock, and inform you about the expected delivery time. Ofcourse there is always to possibility to cancel the order or some articles when you want. When you have paid already we will transfer the money back to you, also as soon as possible.

We send by TPG POST Track & Trace. If you have a question about the status of your order, you can always contact us.

3.7 When you receive your order

Please, follow the next instructions after you received your order:

- Remove the packaging of the articles carefully. When you send back any articles, we need the undamaged packaging also.

- If there any problems, despite of our serious quality control, we ask you to report this immediately: Mail to PDAplus.nl

- Check and fit a holder before you install it in your car. Please, check all functions. PDAplus is not responsible for the costs of the installation when you want to claim warranty or just want to send it back.

4 Warranty and returns

4.1 Satisfaction guarantee

You have the privilege to send back articles without any reason, within 14 days. Exception on this is software and other similar articles when a seal is broken.

You can send back the articles, we will pay you back as soon as possible if the articles are in that condition that they are resellable (included undamaged packaging). The shipping costs will be for your account.

4.2 Returns

We ask you to check the articles carefully after reception. To return is only possible with the original invoice and undamaged packaging. We will pay you back as soon as possible.
